Your date is officially reserved only after the booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit. We recommend securing your date as early as possible, especially for popular seasons.

We require a $500 deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding, payable by credit card (3% processing fee) or check.

Rescheduling is possible if we are available on your new date For cancellations, the following fees apply: • Within 30 days of the wedding: 100% of the total fee • 30 to 90 days before the wedding: 50% of the total fee • More than 90 days before the wedding: 30% of the total fee
